We always try to pack and ship orders as soon as possible after placing them, so that we can deliver them the next business day. If you see an error in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately via info@2fl.com and by telephone contact us. That way we can help you the fastest and we might be able to make an adjustment for you. We usually answer emails within one business day, so there is a good chance that the package has already been sent.
If your package can no longer be stopped, you can always return/exchange (products from) your order free of charge within 14 days.
We offer various payment methods, so there is always a payment method that suits you. 2FL.COM always uses a secure SSL connection, so your payment is always safe.
For orders over €50,- we ship for free. For orders under €50,- you pay a small contribution of €3.99 for shipping costs.
When you order in our webshop before 22:00 on weekdays, you will have the package the next delivery day!* Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. When your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.
* Please note: this applies to deliveries within the Netherlands. In addition, due to high demand at both our webshop and our delivery partners, your order may take longer to arrive during this period (average 1 to 3 working days).

Opened bags of food supplements where the seal has been broken (the closure of the packaging) cannot be taken back for health protection reasons. General product questions
Our product is in special blisters. In many cases, our product is also packaged separately per dose. This not only makes the product easy to take with you on the road, but also guarantees its shelf life. Always store the products in the original packaging, below 25 degrees, out of the sun and out of reach of children.
The expiry date, also known as the THT date, is stated on the back of the packaging.
The exact expiration date (also called THT date) is on the back of the packaging. Please adhere to this and always close the packaging properly. If the expiration date has passed, we can no longer guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the product.
The dates on the products may be adjusted, we only do this after a thorough examination of the laboratory results, which are carefully carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.
