Refund Policy
The possibility of return is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
Some items cannot be returned. This applies for example to hygiene or sanitary items such as genetic tests.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt via email. We will also notify you whether we have approved or declined your refund. If we approve your refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
If necessary, contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is visible.
If that is not the problem, contact your bank. Often it takes time to process a refund.

If you are sending us an item over €75, please consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
