Ordering & Shipping
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. In general, orders will be delivered to you the day after they are shipped. However, during busy periods, PostNL may experience delays in the delivery process.
What are the shipping costs in the Netherlands?
2FL uses 2 types of shipping rates. For all orders under €50 we ask for a small contribution of €4.99 for the shipping of your package. For all orders over €50 we cover the shipping costs in full and shipping is therefore free.
What are the shipping costs abroad?
For packages to foreign countries we charge different costs. These are calculated and specified when entering your foreign delivery address.
How do I place an order?
Step 1: Choose your desired item(s)
Order your product(s) by placing them in the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can see exactly which product(s) you have chosen and the quantity. If you still want to adjust your order, you can adjust the quantity of your product(s) using the “-” and “+” buttons. If you want to apply an adjustment, press the “update shopping cart” button. If you have a discount code, you can redeem your discount code on this page in the field provided for this purpose.
Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to continue the ordering process.
Step 2: Enter data
Fill in your details in the fields provided. Fields marked with “*” are required.
Step 3: Payment
You can pay at 2FL with iDeal. Then you have to agree to our general terms and conditions. Press "Pay order" if you want to place your orders definitively. When you have pressed "Pay order" you will be sent to an external payment environment. After you have completed your order, we will get to work!
Dispatch
When your order is registered, you will receive an e-mail about it. In this e-mail you can find all the information about the delivery. In addition, the e-mail also contains a track & trace code so that you can follow your order. We do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered correctly to your home within the specified time. We use the services of PostNL and DHL, see the arrangements they make when you are not at home.
